I’ve got you covered for the quickest and easiest appetizer that you can bring to your New Years Eve parties this year. This Spinach Artichoke dip comes together in less than 30 minutes with no sacrifice in taste, you have to try it. Ring in the new year with this creamy and cheesy dip.
Some Notes on the Ingredients:
Cream Cheese - I use full fat cream cheese and I find that the block form is better than the tubs for this type of dish.
Spinach - Make sure to take off the stems so that the spinach wilts evenly without any crunchy bits.
Sour Cream - I also used full fat for this.
Dip Shovel - Anything you pair with this dip will truly just be a vessel to hold as much dip as possible. My favourite is thinly slicing a baguette about 1/2 inch thick. Allows for maximum scoopage.
Notes:
Leftovers of this dip can last about 1 week.
If you want to make ahead and freeze, it will work, just wait to add the mozzarella until the dip is mostly baked. Once you add the mozzarella, put the oven on broil until it is golden and bubbly.
This is the last post of 2024! Thank you all for sticking around the last 6 months, I have some exciting recipes planned for 2025 and can’t wait to share them with you all. Happy New Year my friends!
Emma :)
