We all know every night can’t be a steak frites type of dinner. Whenever I don’t feel like cooking, this chicken caesar wrap is a go-to that I’ll make with no sacrifice in taste. You might even have leftovers for a chicken caesar salad lunch the next day.
Some Notes on the Ingredients:
Tortillas - the large ones work best so you can fit the most filling! The bigger the tortilla the better.
Chicken thighs - you can use chicken breasts too, I just find that the thickness of the thighs work best in this recipe. If you only have breasts, cut each breast into about 3 pieces and flatten the meat with a mallet for easier cooking.
Parmesan cheese: Use the fresh grated one for best results!
Caesar dressing: My absolute favourite is the President’s Choice Loads of Garlic Caesar. You won’t regret it I promise.
Romaine - You can sub this for any lettuce you like. Kale would be a great substitute.
Swiss cheese - If you don’t like this you can leave it out and it’s just as good.

Notes:
If you like the outside of your wrap extra crispy, add it back to the pan on high heat with the edges side down until browned.
Tips for storing leftovers:
Only add enough romaine to the caesar dressing that you know will fit into the wrap. Don’t mix extra lettuce in advance and store it in the fridge because it will get all wilted and gross.
Add the leftover romaine, chicken, bacon and some cheese into a container and store it in the fridge for 1-2 days. Add dressing just before eating.
Have a wonderful weekend friends! Please let me know in the comments if you have any questions, if you make the recipe, and/or suggestions!! I am always open to trying out a new recipe to share with you.
