If you want a satisfying, healthy(ier) and delicious dinner this week, you have to try my Mediterranean Style Pizza recipe. It comes together in just under an hour, leaving you with little dishes to wash and a perfect dinner including all the food groups!
Some Notes on the Ingredients:
Pizza dough - You can absolutely make your own pizza dough! I used the store bought frozen one.
Chicken - I just air fried the one on this pizza, but any type of chicken bites will do.
Butter - I always used to grease my pizza pans with olive oil, but my Nonna taught me this trick! Spreading the butter makes it easier to spread the dough on the pan so it doesn’t slide!
