If you are looking for a satisfying, healthy but super quick and easy dinner? This Crunchwrap Supreme is a million times better (and bigger) than the one you get at taco bell and the filling possibilities are endless!
Some Notes on the Ingredients:
Tortillas - It seems super annoying to have 2 different sizes of tortillas, I know. However, if you use a bowl to trace out a smaller tortilla out of the large tortilla with a knife, it saves your wallet a few bucks.
Tortilla chips - If you wanna spice it up, go for the tortilla chips with the hint of lime flavour, SO GOOD!
Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce - I use these quite a bit and the more you put, the spicier it will be. If you are worried about the spice level, just remove as many of the seeds as possible when chopping up the peppers.
Taco seasoning - you can make your own, of course, but my favourite one is the brand Siete!
Lettuce - I find the crunchier the lettuce the better for something like this. A romaine or iceberg lettuce would be fantastic over spring mix.
Salsa - I make a homemade one very simply with tomatoes, red onions, corn, cilantro, jalapeños, lime juice, chili powder and Tajin.
Guacamole - You know I have the best guac recipe here on my blog - click here for the recipe.

Notes:
It might take a minute to figure out the folding up of the wrap, but when you do, you might never want to close a wrap in a different way again.
Mix up the filling any way you’d like!
Have a wonderful weekend, stay tuned for lots of delicious recipes coming up :)
