I have been trying to master tomato soup for the last year and haven’t found the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess, until now. Enjoyed with some cheese bread, this is the ideal cozy meal for the cold weather we all know is coming!
Some Notes on the Ingredients:
Tomatoes - I used vine tomatoes, but whatever you have on hand will work!
Cream - Half and half cream is what I used when I made this but any cream you have will have the same effect. But, if you are using 35%, you might want to use a little less.
Notes:
This soup freezes really well and will last for about 3 months frozen.
