Hi, I’m Emma…

Welcome to Emma’s Bites!

I’m Emma and I’ve loved to cook my whole life. Since I was a little girl, I helped my Nonna in the kitchen and would BEG my mom to let me cook with her at home, even though I’m sure the mess after was brutal (sorry mom). This past year I’ve started creating my own recipes, and since I love every part of it, I wanted to share them with the world.

One big part of this is that in the last few years, I’ve (finally) healed my relationship with food. In 2023, I stopped giving into my cravings and lost 40 pounds while cooking and eating foods that I actually loved!

You’ll see through my recipes that all of my meals are balanced with protein, vegetables and healthy fats, with the occasional dessert here and there. I believe that the right recipes can help a lot with bringing yourself closer to your goals.

Health is wealth, so a major theme on my blog is healthy meals, which is usually in the form of, “how many vegetables can I hide in this meal?”
